Unfortunately the packages have been delivered to OTP a few months back, but OTP had a series of harsh medical conditions and workload that postponed significantly the mailing of the packages.
Seems like the next few days all packages will hit the post office and be delivered.

Priority Mail is going out between today and tomorrow. Europe should be delivered in the next 2 to 3 weeks, US, CA in the next 4 to 6 weeks, these are estimates and with COVID mail delivery is very hard to predict.

With courier you will get an email from Poste Italiane both in Italian and English to the email you used in backerkit, that will inform you if a delivery attempt failed for no one home, or if the address is wrong. If that is the case email me immediately to [email protected]
Tracking is uploaded on backer kit. Can be checked on Poste.it - Once in your country it will be visible on your local mail provider using the tracking provided (format: CBXXXXXXXIT) . US - USPS, CA - Canada Post, Germany DHL, France Chrono Post, NL Post NL and so on...
If a package is returned and not collected we will charge shipping again. Or convert your credit to store credits.
As many have heard my Father in Law past away last week, me and my family were helping them for the past 2 weeks, just got home last Sunday and catching up on emails. While we were shipping the Hades Rewards, so apologize if I have not replied your email yet, I still have about 200 in the que. Be assured we will do ass quick as we can.

Unfortunately my father in law passed away on Sunday after being diagnosed cancer 4 weeks ago, we spent last few weeks supporting my wife family and just got back home. Models were here early last week but we did not have the time to sort them out.
