Update 05/21/2020 - Pledge Manager is up "PLEASE READ BEFORE FILLING IT OUT"

Pledge Manager

The pledge manager is ready and will be launched right after this update.

Please remember the CREDIT can "NOT" be used to pay for shipping. This was stated in the pledge.

You need to use 100% or more of your credits in models or STL files. Pledges using credit for shipping will not be shipped and backers will be contacted after all the packages are in the mail to fix the issue.

All levels that had added credit from stretch goals had the amount added already. If I missed someone or there was an error please contact me at [email protected] (Please be patient I answer everybody but currently shipping Luther the limited ed. miniature from the Mordheim Facebook page and we are overwhelmed with requests to change or upgrade shipping. You have time to fill the pledge manager there is no rush.

 STL files

They are all ready to go, just fixing a few before we can share them, I hope they all will be available by next week. This time it will be much easier to get them as I am having backer kit delivering the pledge.

A lot of files to load over 220 of them, there is chance I made a mistake ( I triple checked ) if you see one, please email me immediately we will fix it asap. 

Commercial License

The commercial license will get all files at once (there may be missing a few files I will mail later if not ready by the end of next week) 

Once ready I will like to get a link to the site or mean you will be using to sell the printed miniatures. No worries I am just curious to see how you do :) I will also request to sign a contract.

Stores

Please don't choose your pledge, I will contact you directly later to get the whole order, you will need to pay any additional model over the 500€ only when they are here and ready to ship. For now I just need a list of the models you want to place the order with the factory.

Backers whom the payment failed

No worries when completing your pledge manager you will be able to pay for it, Please wait an additional week to complete your pledge as KS may try to charge your card again.

Credit Card Charge

We always get a few transactions disputed, as the charge will show EMLI not Heresylab. I believe I fixed the issue with Stripe and now should show Heresylab, in case you don't recognize the charge contact me before disputing it. Each dispute we get charged 15 to 20€ penalty fee. Charges may occur a week after you placed the order.

Late backers? Friends that missed it?

Not to late, I can manualy add your pledge just mail me to the [email protected] support email.

Any Issue, Request, Error please email me. DO NOT SEND PRIVATE MESSAGES, WHATSAPP, MESSENGER or FB or any other mean as I may miss it. Using the email will guarantee you a reply and any fix to any issue.

OLD STL FILES? WANT 10 OR MORE?

Wait don't get them now, I am working on a only STL Kickstarter with all our models done to date. If you are looking to buy 5 r more it will be cheaper for you to wait. Use this PM only if you want them fast... as the other one will be delivered in about a month or more.

We are packing Inquisitor and Redeemers kickstarters, as soon as we are done I will finalize the backerkit and send out the survey. Is all setup, only minor twerks to work out. Also we need to finalize the last 2 parts heavy weapon and a few legs set before we can release it. 

STL files

This round should be much easier for me, and faster for you as the file links should be delivered by the pledge manager. This is our first attempt. So please bare with us if we get some hiccups in the process.

Other campaign STL files

If you plan to add several STL files from our previous campaign I suggest to wait, as soon I will launch a quick STL only Kickstarter. It will be much cheaper to get the older files this way.  Backers from previous campaign that bought several STL files will also get some extra gifts added to make up for the price drop.

This may be one of a time campaign or maybe a once a year campaign so better not miss it :)

Hades Legion will also be included but at the same price as this KS.  Here you can get a preview.

Please be aware that is still an early WIP. This si the pose we are looking at, hope you like it. 

The Paladin will be 15.00€ I am waiting a final quote from the factory for it.
