Models in transit
The models are scheduled for pickup today and start their journey to us. Once we get them we will start shipping the pledges immediately.
Pledge Manager
Deadline was set to last month, but now is critical. "YOU" must close your pledge manager by Sunday the 30th of August.
If not done, your credit from Kickstarter will be converted to credit to be used on our online store.

Store Orders
Don't worry, we will contact you to finalize the order for you. This will be done manually. Once finalized the models will get the appropriate packaging for store display and sent.

Update 08/25/2020 - Production is done

Production is completed
A few weeks after the expected date unfortunately as we had to revise several files.
Should go in the mail next Monday as they are double checking the models and getting the packages ready and numbered.
As soon as they get here and clear customs I will post an update.

I need to apologize for the delay, it's our fault that found us fighting with sizes... but as we added 2 more steps in production to avoid size issues like in a few old KS.

The models are almost done and ready to ship, missing a few and quality control.
I apologize for the lack of updates but I have been very busy lately, and forgot.

Production
Is moving forward, we lost a few weeks due to the scaling issue we had, so at the moment we are looking to ship the first week of Sep. We are a few weeks behind schedule :( I apologize but our new process should avoid any model out of scale.
Shipping
We should get the models shipped to us last week of August, then is up to the courier and customs.
If all goes as it should go we will start shipping the end of Aug, beg of Sep.
Sorry for slow and scarce updates, I got struck with several emergencies in my real job. I will post more updates.
Update 07/08/2020 - STL release and production

Sorry for slow replies, I am out of town till next week, we finally managed to visit our families that we have not seen for several months. And internet here is a luxury.
STL files
All were sent again via Backerkit, seems like someone did not get them, if you didn't just email [email protected] (please only once...) and we will catch up and deliver the files again via email.
Resin Production
We are slightly behind schedule but seems like we fixed it all now, we had some files corrupted and took quite some time to make them right. The AION tank quality was not acceptable and we noticed it thanks to a Backer reporting it. Now fixed, and two units size were completely off and had to be re scaled a true nightmare.
Bare with us if we are not replying as fast as you expect, but be assured we will do it :) and as we always did you will get your rewards.
